Warranty Policy – Sultann.pk

Sultann.pk offers a 14-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for all jewelry pieces. A lifetime color/plating warranty is available exclusively for stainless steel items. Other materials, such as brass and 925 silver, are not covered under this lifetime warranty.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Color/plating defects (only for stainless steel items)

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by excessive wear

  • Lack of proper care

  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, or misapplication

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments, including:

    • Liquid silver polish

    • Pools, hot tubs, salt water, or spas

  • Wearing jewelry while sleeping

Improper care may be classified as misuse and void the warranty.

If a Defect Is Found

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect and it is within the 14-day warranty period:

  1. Contact our customer support at sulltanofficiall@gmail.com.

  2. Provide relevant details and photos of the defect.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided to you.

Sultann.pk will, at its sole discretion and within legal limits:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

  • Replace the product with a new, equivalent item

  • Refund part or the full purchase price

Please note:
We are not obligated to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product has been returned to us.
Replacement items do not carry over the warranty of the original product.
Refunded products become the property of Sultann.pk.

Limitations

This warranty:

  • Applies to all products sold by Sultann.pk

  • Is non-transferable

  • Supersedes all other warranties, including:

    • Implied warranties of merchantability

    • Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

Sultann.pk is not liable for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product or from a breach of this warranty.

No retailer, agent, or employee of Sultann.pk is authorized to modify or extend this warranty in any way.
