Replacement, Exchange & Refund Policy – Sultann.pk

At Sultann.pk, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policies carefully before requesting a replacement or exchange.


Replacement Policy

Replacements are only possible in the following cases:

  • Size Issue: If the ring or bracelet size does not fit and you want a different size.

  • Damaged Item: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition.
    (You must contact us within 1 day of delivery with photo/video proof of the damaged item.)


Exchange Policy

Exchange is possible only in the following case:

  • If you want to change the article/design due to a change of mind or personal choice.


Refund Policy

At present, Sultann.pk does not offer refunds under any circumstances.


How to Request a Replacement or Exchange

To initiate a replacement or exchange, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    (Requests made later than 48 hours will not be entertained.)

  2. Place a new order for the item you want in exchange on sultann.pk.

    • In the Customer Notes section, mention:

      • That it’s an exchange order

      • Your previous order number

  3. Pack all items to be exchanged in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  4. Use a reliable courier service to send the package to our office.
    (The return address will be provided once you contact us.)

  5. Once the returned package is received and inspected:

    • If approved, we will dispatch the replacement product to your address.

    • Delivery may take 3 to 10 days from the date we receive your returned product.


Important Notes

  • In special cases, if the Sultann.pk team arranges pickup, an additional Rs. 100+ pickup fee will be charged.

  • Delivery charges will always be borne by the customer.

  • The replacement item itself will be free of cost.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags to qualify for exchange or replacement.

  • If an item is found to be used, damaged, or altered, it will be returned to the customer without exchange.

  • If there is a price difference in the exchanged item, the balance must be paid or will be adjusted accordingly.

  • In case of damaged packaging, additional charges may apply.
